  1. Pre-Pressing: Pre-press the garment for 7 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles.
  2. Temperature: Set your heat press to 275°F - 300°F.
  3. Pressure: Apply heavy pressure (about 8-9 PSI).
  4. Pressing Time: Press for 8-15 seconds.
  5. Peel: Let the transfer cool completely, then cold peel the carrier sheet.
  6. Post-Pressing: Cover with parchment paper and press again for 5-8 seconds to ensure durability.
