We offer a 30-day return policy on eligible items. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
• Custom or personalized orders (including custom wholesale transfers) are not eligible for returns unless there is a defect or error on our part.
• Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
• Please note: Refunds or exchanges will not be provided for items damaged due to failure to follow proper pressing or application instructions provided with your order.

How to Return an Item:

1. Email us at info@dtftransfersofvirginia.com with your order number and details about the item(s) you’d like to return.
2. We will provide you with return instructions and a shipping label, if applicable.
3. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them and process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

Refunds:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Exchanges:

If you need to exchange an item, we will process the replacement once the original item has been received and inspected.
